Hello CPG peers! We want to tell you about the Golf Tournaments that our Lubbock team attended last August!
The Jacky Pierce Charity Classic is an annual golf tournament hosted by United Supermarkets in Lubbock, Texas. This year it was held at The Barn of Eberley Brooks Events on August 12 and 13th. The money raised through the tournament is used to support local charities and build communities. Started by Jacky Pierce in 1991, the event has grown to become a point of pride for United Supermarkets and the city of Lubbock. Our Division President Heather Stone attended with Casey from Conair. We are also so excited to share our recent experience at the Lowe’s Golf Tournament that was held in Ruidoso NM at the Inn of the Mountain Gods on August 18 and 19th. It included a special concert by Rick Springfield! Here are some photos in which you can see Heather Stone, our Lubbock President, Lowe’s Supermarket CEO, Roger Lowe Sr. and Treva Simonton, VP of Lubbock.
We love participating in these events, since they hold an important role in our business-client relationships. They help connect on a deeper level with our customers and it is a great way to take our interaction into a different space.
